Pacific halibut is the largest species of flatfish. They are from the family of righteye flounders where both eyes are found on one side of their body. Halibut is rich in nutrients such as potassium, vitamin D, Omega-3 fatty acids, selenium, phosphorus, magnesium, and vitamin B12.
